Account details (name, email, mobile), booking and payment records, documents you upload, and the facts you share with an advocate. We also collect basic device and usage data to keep the service secure.

3. How we use it

To match you with an advocate, run consultations, prepare documents, process payments, send reminders and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

Case information is shared only with the advocate you consult. Payment data is processed by RBI-regulated payment partners. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Security & retention

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep records for as long as your account is active and as required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to support@akontec.com.
