Consultations
How quickly can I speak to a lawyer?
Chat and call consultations are usually available within the hour between 9 AM and 9 PM. Video and in-person slots can be booked up to seven days ahead.
Can I choose a specific advocate?
Yes. Open the advocate’s profile and pick a slot, or leave the field blank when booking and we match you by practice area, city and language.
Is my conversation confidential?
Yes. Consultations are private between you and the advocate, and files are encrypted and shared only with that advocate.
Fees & Refunds
Are fees fixed?
Consultation and drafting fees are fixed and shown before payment. Court representation is quoted by the advocate after reviewing your documents.
What if the advocate does not join?
If the advocate does not join within 10 minutes of your slot, you can reschedule free or get a full refund to the original payment method.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, GST at 18% applies to professional and platform fees, and you receive a GST invoice for every payment.
Documents
Who drafts my document?
A practising advocate drafts it on the facts you provide and calls you to confirm details before delivery.
Do you provide stamp paper?
Yes, in most states we can arrange e-stamp paper and courier the printed document to your address.
